Vinyl to 24bit CD

I have a collection of jazz vinyl that I want to record to PC & record to CD in 24bit format. Most Vinyl to CD software is 16bit.
I have a 24bit VINCENT CD player that is underutilised.
I believe that certain vinyl recordings are even capable of 32bit info.
What software & equipment is required for this exercise - I am prepared to spend some bucks.
