Tommy Steele "Singing the Blues"

I remember playing it in the '50s on a 78 on a wind up gramophone. Just about my earliest record playing experience and when the disease set in. But the first record I bought was a budget "Thank Your Lucky Stars"* LP when I was around 13.

* Thank Your Lucky Stars was a TV pop show. The LP featured typical UK acts from the period just as the Beatles started. Mostly watered down British covers of US hits.
