Expert Stylus in the UK has a great reputation for this kind of work. The rumour on Analogue Addicts was that if you send The Cartridge Man a moving coil, he farms it out to Expert Stylus. I agree on the suspension, it needs replacement. Expert can handle that too.

I have a Supex 900 MK-IV that I would have repaired before now, if it weren't for the small diameter cartridge pins. I know, that sounds like a paltry excuse, but the last time I had to work the pin sizes to fit the cartridge pins, I tore two clips off and almost had to rewire my arm.

I've owned a 900 Super, 1000 and 900 MK-IV. I'd love to hear a Supex 900 again. Sweet sounding, with bass power like nothing I've heard before or since, and a big soundstage. Not as fast and detailed as the micro-line stylus and boron cantilevered AT33PTG I have now. I can't really say how they compare overall, because my arm and table are the same but everything else has changed radically. It would be an interesting comparison.
