EEI 700. This cartridge was at the top of Elite Electronic Industries (aka Max Townsend of The Rock fame) range of MMs in the early '80s, featuring the parabolic stylus profile that EEI championed then (they also made an excellent parabolic replacement stylus for the Ortofon VMS20EII). Don't confuse with the EEI 500, though........a much different beast with, IIRC, a very rolled off frequency response. 700's can very occasionally be found in good used condition; be warned, though, that genuine replacement styli are not available, so a rebuild is the only answer if the stylus is u/s.
