It took me quite a long time to get a handle on our beloved Sir Elison. But he's proven to be quite the good sport, even if he stills find any excuse he can. To listen to, or defend, the evil empire of ones and zeroes. Why wasn't even a week or two ago, when he decried his TT's isolation. 'Forcing' him to dupe LP to didge, for purposes of listening to 'music'.Have fun John and Mikel. I'm not a chef (and didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night), but I would recommend charcoal/mesquite barbecue for the bird.
But then most anything goes with single malt :-)
