In the case of Simply Vinyl, this is a case where the original commercial pressings are better, much better! Simply Vinyl uses any source they can find included the lowest resolution digital tapes and late generation analog masters.

Of the phony "Audiophile" 180 Gram LPs of late I avoid Get Back, Castle and Simply Vinyl like the plague as these they labels do a terrible disservice to the Analog name! Their sound ranges from stridently dry and truly "awful" ear-ripping sound even worst than the worst CD on the cheapest foulest sounding CD player on the planet. Avoid these at all costs!
