I don't think anyone here is losing any sleep, whether you post your sytem or not. So I don't think you should lose any either :-)

Well... one person was relentless about it. I think it was because this person misinterpreted general comments I made (i.e., making a statement that $20k TTs do not qualify as "value" regardless of brand) as being targeted toward specific equipment (that presumably he likes/respects -- or for whatever reason was his hot-button). Despite repeated clarifications that my comments were manufacturer- and technology-agnostic (equally applied to idler, belt, direct-drive), he did not let go on that point.

Anyway, he thought either (a) I had some personal agenda and/or (b) did not have a system 'up-to-snuff'. A personal exchange showed him that neither was accurate.

I wasn't "not posting" my system due to embarrassment or feeling I could do "better" down the road...I have altogether different reasons.

That said, I do apologize for that earlier exchange. It was not one I wanted to get into. If there *were* any other folks with similar concerns (doubt it), they are welcome to email me per my offer in the other thread. I am happy to discuss things in personal, private conversation that I might not otherwise post on a public forum.
