Hi,I have got the following turntables: SL-1300 (the first, not the MK2), SL-1600MK2.
Technically and dimensional you have the following modeles (auto, semi-auto, manual respectively):
SL-1300 = SL-1400 = SL-1500
SL-1600MK2 = SL-1700MK2 = SL-1800MK2I measured them for you.
SL-1300 44,4 x 34,7 x 6,1 (WxDxH) in cm (yes, European)
SL-1600MK2 44,4 x 34,8 x 7,5 (WxDxH) in cmAlso, the hinges are at the same position and will even fit (same screw holes).
I checked it out and it works: even the pop-up stylus light can remain in the up position! ;)
Different style though, since the SL-1500 dustcover is a smoked one and lower profile. The SL-1800MK2 has a clear dustcover.
Note: the SL-1300MK2/SL-1400MK2/SL-1500MK2 dustcover will also fit the SL-1800MK2, but you will have to keep the stylus light down: this is because the front of the dustcover does angle more than the one of the SL-1800MK2.
