That Peak table has lot's of similarities to my Peak FR-250.- the bearing is the same shape and mounting configuration (mine has a screw on bottom cap, but the Neat one doesn't seem to, maybe it was an oil version)
- the tapered spindle is identical
- the brass stepped motor pulley is identical.
- the dual cap / power resistor setup for the power is a similar idea
- the rubber idler itself looks similar (but then, many do)
- the speed change knob is similar, with each speed having a neutral position between them, and a switch integral to the speed change to power up the motor only when a speed is selected (you can just see the wires going to it in one of the photos and the small cap across the switch (identical to mine))These tables definitely have the same heritage.
