Your room dinensions of 11' X 18', while on the small side, shouldn't be all that problematic with your small monitors. This, of course, is contingent on you being able to place yourself and the speakers where all is optimal. But the point is, it CAN work. Even in my rather large room, an inch one way or the other can make a huge difference in tonal balance. You just have to be patient enough to fine tune it to perfection. Somtimes I spend weeks on end getting a new pair of speakers "just right". But in the end, the effort is well worth it.
