TD-124 motor/speed issue update

Hi all,
Well I installed the TDK-101 motor in place of the original TD-124 motor which was running just slightly fast.
I am pleased to report the speed is running on target now, but that is also with the "magnetic brake" full on...which I hoped wouldn't be the case.
Unfortunately, in removing the whole voltage regulator hub, I lost power to the strobe light, so I will have to go back to the drawing board about that. Still, with my usual strobodisc, the speed is dead on...thank goodness.
Now to fix the strobe and continue on with the rest of the project. Thanks to all who helped with this issue. I am awful glad that TDK-101 came in handy.
