Hello,
I just did the TNT Audio sandblaster project. The improvements are not subtle. Imaging and focus got noticably better.
I used an ordinary floor stone, 40x40 cm, instead of a wooden top platform as described. John Risch recommends just using a plastic cover over the sand to prevent colorations due to stone or wood. I will also try that.
I guess the project is known to all of you. I am a beginner in the hobby.
My question is:
I suspected all the way my choice of a square format for the box dimensions was not a good idea considering the equal natual frequencies in both directions. Lazily, I just wanted to use the stone. What would inmate friends think about this?
