Old super elys vs new(?) exact and alpheta etc [Bulk]

Hello,

I have Super Elys+Rb300+P3 bought about a year ago.
I use Audio Note Kits Kit1 300B amp and will soon do their MM tube phono stage. It is a very good phono stage (all disclaimers apply here). In this context I would like to ask your opinions about:

1-I do at least a record/day. Although I do not hear any signs
of cartridge wear I am afraid one may get used to the sound and not notice. Should I change the cartridge?
2- My searches here indicated mostly old exact was not regarded very highly and super elys was the best bargain. If I need to upgrade/change the cartridge should I go for Elys2 (Super Elys discontinued)? Scarce info (as usual) on Rega website gives me the feeling Exact is maybe using new coil winding machine but not changed much.
3-MC Alpheta will be a lot of headache as the phono stage is MM. Is it worthwhile to go for MC?

Many thanks for reading my long post, Regards, Zuheyr
