If you looking for vinyl in MPLS, plantsman pretty much covered it.I would second these two suggestions.
HiFi Sound Electronics on Harmon Place (downtown) Nice shop and a nice selection of used and some new vinyl. Great folks. I have been going there for going on 20 years now.
Cheapo on Lake St. A must see! Downstairs is where the vinyl sleeps.
