I don't own either, but have spent some time listening to both
over the years, 2 different dealer friends are long time dealers
the MMF 7 is an under-rated TT, as is it's Project arm, neither Project nor Music Hall do even an adequate job of marketing, the Scout is a very nice table the arm is as well, the actual sonic differences would IMHO be eaten up between Cartridge choices how compatible (Cart. / Arm) how well SET up, the time and care involved in siting the tables etc. It would all come down to personal preference, taste and system and room synergy.

I agree with Artemus completely on both counts, a good Stage can make an astounding ( meaningful) difference, the Wright is a excellent value
