For ease of execution, it may be worth while to verify that the plastic sheath material on the fine wires (the red, white, blue, green plastic material) is the recent vintage high temperature material or a previous vintage low temperature material.I have an Incognito wire set that I installed a few years ago, (asserted to have "Cardas 33 ga." conductor) and recently moved to a different RB arm. The plastic sheath in this older wire set is not heat resistant and will quickly contract from the heat of soldering (tinning or joint making) and exposes bare wire. This makes the wire much harder to work with as needed to get the best structural termination. Also, the exposed fine wires are more prone to breaking from handling of the cartridge clips.
I recenly did an arm rewire using the 33 ga. Cardas wire sourced from Parts Connexion, and this material has a sheath material which, under heat, behaves like teflon and retains its cut shape (I have no idea what the particular plastic is). This material is a breeze to work with.
