Pulley is on correct. (Though I do need that tightening advice.)Moved pin to 150. Seemed to make no difference whatsoever???
Moved crescent magnet closer. Helped. Moved it again. Almost there. Moved fine adjustment to the max slow position. STILL running just the smallest amount too fast.
Moved back to 120. NO difference?
Back to 150. No difference.
Could this be a voltage issue? If you are all saying I should see a slow down when in the 150 position but I am not....

PS I have a Rat Shack multimeter, but need specific directions to test...I'm not trained in electronics at all.
