You might want to call George Hadcock or whomever does the actual Cryoing, ask if they'd be kind enough to move the Pork Chops, Ice cube trays, bottle of Stoli and Ice Cream etc. take a peek, your bit's may well be frozen in time along with the broccoli flotsam and Cake crumbs etc ;-)
I bet if you keep your eyes open you'll happen upon a suitable replacement for the little rubber sleeves.
If you can't find a proper set screw replacement, where the set screw is unable to effect a proper hold, I've found easy an effective workaround is cutting a small bit of Rubber, Neoprene etc.
sized to provide contact with the shaft of stock being borne upon by the set screw.Not exactly elegant but non destructive and effective, (adequate to even superior) and as either a temporary stop gap or permanent solution.
