Ikeda arm, that is the short headshell which is normally used with their own cartridges which are extremely short.What are the null points on the protract you are using? How many mm are they from the spindle hole center?
I had the same problems setting up an Ikeda 9" and 12" for friends. We eventually had to move the mounting hole.
Give us a bit more info like which headshell is being used and which cartridge. How did you mount it, IE what dimensions were used?
