Speed Control for Well Tempered

I have one of the newer models of the Well Tempered Reference. I found out this week that it is running slightly fast.

In the manual they state that the motor is adjustable. But I can find no instructions for adjusting it, and I haven't found a control on the motor either.

Anybody know?
