AR XA tonearm rewire questions

I'm looking to rewire the tonearm on my AR XA. I've already gottten inside the arm and am ready to shop for wire. It seems Cardas is the wire people here recommend. (Yes, I checked the archives.)

I just want to know if anyone can tell me any reason why I should not use the Cardas 33.0 gauge wire I found here: http://www.welbornelabs.com/cardasarmwire.htm

Flexibility is a major concern here. Will this wire be ok?

Also, are there any other sources I should check (preferably in the US) for this wire? I have never heard of this Welbourne Labs place. Anyone have experience with them?

I also have a question about grounding. The original tonearm wire in the AR XA had the four signal wires surrounded by a braided ground wire. Is there any reason I have to recreate this, or can I simply run the ground parallel to the signal wires?

I know absolutely zero about different kinds of wire and why one would be better than another for certain applications, so I need all the input I can get.
