Another Alignment Question

I own a Dennessen Soundtraktor. I am quite happy with it. I am curious to know if it is more important to align the body of the cartridge with the grid or align the cantilever with the lines on the grid. I have managed to have both with a lot of cartridges. I am having a real difficulty with one, though. If the cantilever is lined up with the lines on the grid, then the body is not and vice versa. I have removed the cartridge and examined. Everything looks like it is in order. No matter how many times I try, I cannot seem to get both body and cantilever perfect. I need advice, even if that advice is to just keep trying until both are aligned. Thank you..
