I am enjoying a Denon 103 that I just got used... Two headshells, two carts; works for me...

Price point is not the criterian for the decision, and to be honest, I would have to say that it is my deteriorating hearing that is the bottleneck in my system! I am considering buying a headphone amp that can be modded to include a balance control to correct for sensitivity differences in my ears. I wouldn't call this a system change, or tweak, just a refinement.

Of course, if I were to hit the lottery, all bets are off! I heard a wonderful system at a "hoity, toity HI-FI store in the San Jose, CA area that I would love to shoot for, but then again, that would also mean a NEW HOUSE WITH A DEDICATED LISTENING ROOM FOR JUST VINYL! Wahoooo! Oops, forgot to buy that ticket again! Math teachers just suffer when it comes to buying lottery tickets because they understand probability ;2)
