VTA expressimo riser and rb250 (cannot screw...)

Hi everyone,
just bought an expressimo vta riser for my rb250 (incognito wired+F2 weight, siting on a P3) and am unable to screw the riser all the way up to where it should be. I have 5 easy truns, then it get stuck... any idea, tip or advice?
