I've always thought how cool it would be to own every Jazz LP ever made, every Jazz 78...I wanted it all and though, deep down inside I knew it wasn't possible, it was a reachable dream to me.Looking at that Jazz Discography site blew my mind! There is no other description I can give...I've tried to look, but it's overwhelming. My jaw is touching the ground!
And all because you wanted to know about a record! I'm so blown away that I can't even kid around and tell you that I'm going to kick your ass (I'd need you to lift my leg up to do it!).
I'm babbling! I'm almost speechless. That's more impressive than looking at a Mosaic catalog, even the Fantasy catalogs of the past...1/2 inch or bigger magazine with hundreds upon hundreds of LPs. Those old catalogs are nothing, nothing!
It's one thing to know that Miles Davis was very prolific...to see all of those LP and 78s listed; the cuts, all of the members of the band...info overload!
And now I have to go to bed with that on my mind? The hell with it, I AM going to kick your ass! Remind me tomorrow that I'm supposed to do it!
