10x5 with Parasound PPH-100

I just bought a new VPI Scout with a Dynavector 10x5. I have a Parasound PPH-100 preamp. Should my preamp jumper be set to high gain moving coil or low gain moving magnet amplification? I realize the 10x5 is a high gain moving coil but I'm unsure what is the best setting???
