Your Linn is essentially just a knock off of the Thorens
TD 150 anyway, and the fact that Ivan and his marketing department
got you invested into thier endless upgrade/profit center deal
doesn't necessarilly mean you'll be significantly downgrading or perhaps even downgrading at all, as in my experience Thorens TD 150's are inherently musical and very engageing turntables.I also think Linnies are known for being a bit over the top
