Hey all,
I did pick up, for a dollar, a record I had never seen: Brian Jones presents the Pipes of Pan, in flat mint condition. It is one of the tripiest things I have heard in ages. It sounds like, maybe, some sort of meditation music? Very repetitive but also weirdly propulsive. I like it a lot.
Although it looks like some sort of "World Music" lp, the inner sleeve is all Rolling Stones, circa 1971. Was it recorded by Brian Jones?
Is there anyone here who has heard the record? Whad ya think?
