Remember that the stock arm is made for DJ's so it is designed to have very sharp and articulate bass at 105 db. It may sound a bit thin at say 75-85 db. Just keep cranking on it and you will see what I mean.I had to reduce the resistance on my preamp to 300 ohms to get the bass nice and deep on my unit.
You may need to play with the loading to get it to sing just right.
