Grado may slightly hum on Rega and other unshielded motor TABLES, it is prone to Grado dance in undamped arms (not only Rega), may be slightly tizzy on top, maybe not the greatest definition in bass, but sound wise Grados are in general very musical, spacious, effortless, with voluminous bass (lacking bass?-no way) and slam, .
If you like the sound of Grado, I don't see problem with Grado+Rega arm combo.
