You can do an adequate job of setting the correct bias with any test LP, setting it by ear is always more accurate, as the printed scale is just an approximation.
Once you establish a correct anti skate you could then fashion a
new plate out of thin Brass or Aluminum stock and scribe and or mark the position relative to the VTF setting, then you really wouldn't need to go to the bother of sourcing the original as the one you made would be more relevant and precise anyway.
If you feel the need to get the correct one I'd think a Thorens take off arm with other issues(parts arm) would be your best bet, I'm thinking a NOS part like that would be rare enough to be considered non existant.
There is also a valid school of thought that considers bias compensation as superflous or even counter productive, where you just bump up the VTF correspondingly.
