I had the same problem. I bought a 3-track 12" of kraftwerk tour de france (the newer version). Still in shrinkrap, I opened it up myself---sounds like it had a lot of dust! Also it was labeled "45 RPM' where as it was clearly 33! Also weird --- the record was VERY thick!
