I find your platter a bit on the light side, anything less than the equivalent of a fully-grown African bull elephant is a waste of time. At a platter weight of 12,000 pounds, you would have to double the Martians for the start-up torque, but given an excellent near-frictionless inverted bearing (you didn't specify which type), the increased momentum would allow you to halve the Oompa-lompas, which seem to be more valuable than the Martians, assuming the prices you quoted were for single units, and so increase your profits. What I'm really curious about is the name of this sevo-controlled turntable, and what fuel the Oompa-loompas run on, not to mention the Martians? Don't want to be had by hidden costs!
