on every aspect of cartridge alignment, one hint is to avoid dexterity demanding jobs like cartridge mounting and alignment
after a Big mug of French Roast etc.Heh, this one couldn't be stressed enough. Expanding on that, you shouldn't attempt to make cartridge adjustments when you are:
1. Drunk and/or stoned
2. After a heavy meal
3. In a hurry
4. On the wee hours of the night
4. All of the above :D
