Denon DP-45F Turntable cartridge question

Hello,
I recently acquired a Denon DP-45F turntable secondhand, and wish to replace the stylus. I cannot tell which cartridge is on the table, however. It is all white, and just has the word DENON on it, no numbers. Can anyone tell me which cartridge this is, or alternatively, suggest a cartridge that is compatible with this table.
