Hi Dan,I don't know what your problem is or where all your skepticism comes from, but I can assure you I am not DB in disguise -- I am NOT a fan of his!!! Also, I've been setting up turntables for almost 30 years now, so I think I have some expertise in this area. Perhaps what you should do is more listening and less huffing and puffing. If you truly want to know the CD player in question, email me privately.
What I've tried to do here is accurately portray what I feel is a very viable product. If you have experienced the product and disagree, then say so. If not, investigate for yourself, then you decide and report as such here. Peerhaps you should contact Bob Genna and query him as to the strength of the stand's support.
