Needle Doctor lists it for $600 new. Other places have it at 294 pounds sterling which is about $370 and assuming shipping from Europe to USA let's say $400 give or take 10 bucks.

Regardless, the price for the item listed is IMO too high. It should also be noted that it pays to shop around!
