I just measured the actual spindle to pivot on my table. I know it is hard to get exact without a good tool, but I tried a few times with a ruler and I think that the center of the spindle to the center of the drop hole of the armboard is only 208 mm (despite that fact that a Linn Basik was previously mounted, which made me think the distance between the spindle to pivot on my table is 211mm). Does this change any of your recommendations? When I used your inputs (plus selecting a 208mm mounting distance) to generate the template, I got:
- Löfgren A
Inner groove radius = 60.325 (IEC)
Outer groove radius = 146.050 (DIN/IEC)
Pivot to spindle distance = 208.000
Inner null radius = 65.998
Outer null radius = 120.891
Effective length = 226.368
Overhang = 18.368
Offset angle = 24.381°
But according to the spec, Jelco 750's effective length is 229. Any suggestions or thoughts?
