The answer is found on The Wand's own website:

"Will The Wand work on my suspended turntable? The Wand weighs ~500g (~1lb) this is similar to SME 3009 and a little heavier than Rega arms (420g). So it should be within the adjustment range of most turntables."

So my memeory of 420g appears to have been correct.

You would therefore need to remove 80g. At least that would be correct if The Wand manufacturers were consistent as elsewhere in the same piece of information they say that The Wand weighs 650g. And there must be variations on this due to differing models ( Plus, Master and the optional arm lengths). Anyway I am sure that you know the weight of your own arm :-)
