I was thinking 'Oracle' too. The 'hanger' confuses that. But then it is easily removed. Fwiw, the springs are stuffed with some soft open cell foam of some sort. As a motion damper, I presume.

The threaded nylon fixture at springs end accepts 10-32 screw threads. Since it isn't metric, I'm thinking 'North America' mfr. Still, it's all conjecture.
