Well, the platter mat is from an Orpheus Silex for what it's worth. It doesn't resemble any Orpheus that I've seen however, from the top or bottom. It doesn't seem very 'Commonwealthy' to me either.

It looks like it would be a substantial restoration project; that bearing well and spindle are at an 'interesting' angle, and I am not sure whether that idler wheel is where it belongs.

Good luck with it, it would be nice to hear an update on what it is if you proceed,
