I've been really pleased with Audioclassics in Vestal NY. You'd have to ship but they've been great to work with and done a wonderful job on my vintage equipment. I'd recommend first talking with Ryan Kilpatrick about your troubles and needs by phone. That's the approach I've used and you can get a sense of process, time, and cost. You can then decide if they would work for you.
