FYI- for those that care about such things.

I sent an inquiry to SS a few weeks ago regarding the efficacy of rebuilding a specific cartridge.

Early last week I received a reply from Mr. Peter Ledermann, owner of the company. He asked for my telephone number so he could call me to discuss my question, and potential needs.

He called this morning, and we spend an enjoyable 20min or so discussing what I was looking for.

He wasn't pushy or aggressive, just interested in addressing my needs in a way that is consistent with his business model.

How many manufactures take the time to reach out to potential customers ? Not many, in my experience.

Mr. Ledermann sometimes posts here as "retipper".
