Advice on UK dealer for a phono stage - Analogue Seduction

I wanted to get a Pro-Jet Tube Box DS and found it at place online in the UK called Analogue Seduction. I'm in the US, but this dealer has it for about $400 US dollars shipped because I can get it without the VAT tax(it's $699 everywhere else). Has anyone purchased anything through this dealer? Great prices on cartridges too. The Tube Box comes with adapters for different AC outlets and I emailed a question regarding that, but they said this one does not so they can't ship to the US. I don't know why that would be true, so I want to pretend they didn't tell me that and attempt to get one from them anyways. The price is too good and I can get my plug adapter somewhere else if needed. Any advice? This would be replacing my custom built Bugle w/ac power supply.
