Is that a Woodsong pulley you got on eBay?

if so, contact Chris, as he's REALLY helpful, patient, etc.

but yes, his pulley is tightened/secured to the shaft simply via those two hex screws. just tighten them down equally and you're good to go. it's really as simple as that.

as for removing your 50 hz pulley, likewise, call Chris. he's done a bazillion of these repairs and can no doubt advise you. (i'd for sure do that before i'd take the table to a machine shop.)
