Installing any arm in an LP12 is a PITA if you do not understand how to install the arm and set the suspension. Please find out how to do this first. Vinyl Engine carries instructions in their library of manuals. It isn't just a case of drilling the hole for the arm pillar in the right place.

I have no idea of the price of used arms in Russia. However many of the recommendations made so far would cost way beyond your budget new e.g. Ittok, Ekos.
