RE: The Ritual

And ritual is important. It is strange that it is a repetition of certain steps that you have done "forever", yet in the doing of it, the rituals take place in the moment, right now, which is the best place to be.
And rituals can be addictive, but if they help you to live in the moment, as listening to music does, it is a very healthy addiction to have, and I'm grateful for that.
