Did anyone see Art's column in the recently arrived Stereophile Mag on his experience with a Peter, Paul and Mary re-issue and other aspects of these re-issue endeavors?
He says some strong things...discounts mastering engineers and 45 RPM speeds...lauded some labels (leaving out Analogue Productions) and makes a case for re-issue labels including key info on how the re-issue was made. I was surprised about the first two but he's definitely on target about his primary push for disclosure...Wondering what you folks think...
