No nostalgia here.

I got back because of economics. Fifteen years ago, I could buy an arm full of used LPs for the price of one CD. Nobody wanted turntables, they'd give you a good one just to get it out of the house.
Got used to the sound of LPs, don't like the sound of CDs. Consequently, no CD player connected to the system.
By the way, I can still get four or five clean used LPs (more, if it's classical music) for the price of one new CD but it's a lot harder to find CDs than it is LPs.
At brick n mortar stores at least.
