Is collecting Vinyl about Nostalgia for you?"Nostalgia is a sentimentality for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations"
For me kind of ... maybe not. The record collection I have today is bigger than I had back in the day. Most of the records I own now were not even on my radar list back in the heyday of Vinyl.
Got me to thinking ... maybe my real love of the Vinyl format started when I got back into collecting LP's ... 2000.
Certainly I spent more time playing cassette tapes back in the day (mostly dubbed) ... but I never had the desire to build a cassette tape collection like I had in my youth.
